We provide a 5-year global warranty for all our damper actuators from the date of delivery. Our worldwide service network offers standardised after-sales support for equipment failures caused by manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers failures arising from design, material and production defects. Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorised modification, overloading, corrosive environment or man-made accidents is not within the warranty scope.

Standard hand tools including Phillips screwdrivers and torque wrenches are sufficient for routine installation.
